1 Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all comfortably furnished.

Toilet, sink and bath with electric shower.

Garage

Unfortunately too small for most modern cars but is ideal for wet and muddy clothes and storing bicycles.

The garage also accommodates a utility sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A separate toilet and washbasin is situated off the garage.

Heating

The cottage is heated throughout with adjustable gas central heating.

All windows are double or secondary glazed.

Linen

All bed linen and towels are provided.

For an extended booking, the linen will be changed weekly.

Garden & Parking

A private and mature traditional country garden with original outbuildings, in which garden furniture for guest use is stored.

There is a small front garden with off-road parking for one vehicle.

Children

Children are very welcome.

A cot and high chair are available on request. Please provide your own cot bedding.

Pets

Dogs are welcomed on agreement with the owner.

This property is designated non-smoking. This should be respected in all circumstances.
