Kitchen / Dining Area
Fully fitted kitchen with oak units, cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave leading to dining area. Very well equipped, with a dining area overlooking the cottage garden.
1 Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all comfortably furnished.
Toilet, sink and bath with electric shower.
Unfortunately too small for most modern cars but is ideal for wet and muddy clothes and storing bicycles.
The garage also accommodates a utility sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A separate toilet and washbasin is situated off the garage.
Gas Central Heating
The cottage is heated throughout with adjustable gas central heating and thermastatically controlled radiators.
All windows are double glazed.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
For an extended booking, the linen will be changed weekly.
Garden & Parking
A private and mature traditional country garden with original outbuildings, in which garden furniture and a small barbeque for guest use are stored.
There is a small front garden with off-road parking for one vehicle.
Children are very welcome.
A cot and high chair are available on request. Please provide your own cot bedding.
Dogs are welcomed on agreement with the owner. An additional charge of £10 will be made.
